Frequently Asked Questions How can we help you?

How much do you charge per performance?
We don't really bid rodeos on a per performance basis.  We take into consideration a number of factors besides the number of performances like location, number of days, where we are coming from, setup and teardown time and which services we are providing and figure out the best price for everything included.

Can I get a discount?
Yes.  There are a number of ways we can help you save money.  Depending on the number of services we are providing, the number of performances, whether we are booking for a single year event or multi-year events are all factors which can add up to significant savings.

Why are other companies cheaper?
Everybody has their own reasons and costs associated
with their pricing.  Some companies have smaller screens; others have cameras, but no camera operators.  We provide dependable, reliable, professional equipment to all of our clients.  We have over 25 years' experience serving some of the best and biggest clients in the rodeo industry.  We also provide our own professional camera crew.  Our camera operators are trained to deal with challenges like rain, direct sunlight, wind and dust.  WE have the experience to know which camera shots to get, where the action is going to be happening and, most importantly, which shots not to get.

Do I need to provide camera operators?
No.  We staff our own professional camera operators who shoot extreme sports on a weekly basis. This allows us to provide you with some of the very best in live video action and slow-motion instant replay.

Can I get a DVD copy of our rodeo?
We want to give you the best product we can.  Instead of providing our clients with DVD copies of performance which are low quality, our clients receive a digitial, HiDef version of each rodeo performance.

What kind of structure do I need for the video board?
That depends on the display height of the screen, the type of structure (hanging or static mounted) and the wind rating for your area.  Our video board only weighs 3,200 lbs and has a wind load surface of 300sf.

What kind of power does the video board require?
Our video board requires 120/240v - 100a single-phase power.

What other equipment do I have to provide?
A bonded crane will be required to raise and lower the video board to the display structure.  A boom type manlift will be necessary to have access to the back of the video board up on the structure.  The crane, or a telehandler will be required to raise and lower production equipment to the announcer stand.

How much sound equipment do you bring?
That depends on your seating capacity and arena setup.  We have sound systems for audiences from 1,000 to 15,000.  All of our Technomad speakers are completely weatherproof, so you won't have to worry about needing to cover speakers if it starts to rain.  All of our music is computer-generated and we carry multiple backup laptops.

How many hotel rooms do you require?
None.  We travel in our own RV.  We will need two RV spaces with 50a power and water connections during our stay.

Do you do multi-year contracts?
Yes, we have done many 3 and 5 year contracts.  Multi-year contracts are another way you can save money.  We are also agreeable to single-year contracts if that is what you feel more comfortable with.

If I hire you, will you be working our rodeo?
Yes, you don't have to worry that someone else will be showing up to handle a job for us.  If we tell you we'll be there, we'll be there.

Remember, Cheaper is NEVER better,
